It was exactly a year ago that I was leaving for HK on my first Asia trip, and I'm super excited to go back.
The past few weeks have been a flurry of activity finishing up the season at work, and the next week is gonna be busy as well as we need to finalize the product. First season down. Not too bad, but hardly as comfortable as my last job. Hopefully in time.
Julias German classes are going well and don't let her tell you she's not good at it, cause she's great. I haven't been able to fit in my classes, but hopefully soon!
Julias staying in Germany til next Thurs then she leaves for LA, for her best friends wedding. Ill fly back to Nurnberg on the 17th then leave for LA on the 20th. And then we leave to come back to Nurnberg on the 26th, (with maybe a trip in between up to San Jose/San Fran if we can squeeze it in.)
So friends in Hong Kong hopefully we can meet up this weekend. And friends in LA Julia and I would love to see you as well! Were still working out where were gonna stay in LA so if anyones got an open couch and wouldn't mind 2 guests let us know!
What's even greater is mny of my old coworkers will be in Vietnam at the same hotel during the same time. I can't wait to catch up with them!
Leaving Julia this morning was hard and I already miss her. Last night we celebrated our official anniversary! Its been an amazing year, and we are so fortunate to have each other, and our combined friends and families. Here's to many many more anniversaries love! I can't wait to see you in sunny LA!
We promise well post pictures, its been a bit hectic lately, but I think, hope, soon well have some down time.
